Mε εκκίνηση από το λιμάνι η περιπατητική φτάνει στο μέσο της στο σιφνέικο γιαλό και καταλήγει μετά από κυκλική διαδρομή στο λιμάνι της Αντιπάρου.
Σύντομα θα ακολουθήσει και η περιγραφή για τον αγώνιστμα των 10km.

The route of "3rd 24.4km. Antiparos road race for health" starts from the port of Antiparos, passes through the main village (1km), continues along the coastline as far as the settlement of Ayios Yeorgios (with its view to the island of Despotiko) and returns along the same route. (The entire race is on paved road.) This is where the checkpoint for athletes will be set up as well.

10 km hiking route
Starting from the port the routes reaches the Sifnian shore and ends after a round trip in the harbor of Antiparos.
